Sarah Prosser is an attorney with the Mitzel Law Group PLC serving clients in the Ann Arbor community and greater Detroit Metro.  She is also licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

 

Sarah focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning.  Her estate planning practice includes revocable living trusts, probate and trust administration, durable powers of attorney, and patient advocate designations as well as tax planning.  She also has experience with probate and trust litigation.

 

Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Franciscan University of Steubenville, cum laude.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law, magna cum laude, graduating in the top 5 of her class.  While at Ave Maria School of Law, Sarah received the book award for Research, Writing, and Advocacy II, and was the recipient of the St. Raymond of Pentafort Award for Best Written Advocacy.  She served as an Associate and Senior Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review. Her note, The Open Communication Model: An Alternative Approach to Medical Errors, was selected for publication in the Ave Maria Law Review.

 

In her free time, you can find Sarah spending time with her fiancé, gardening, or enjoying a strong cup of coffee with a good friend.  Sarah is a fitness junky, history buff, lover of nature, and is actively involved at her parish, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ypsilanti.
